Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined because I bough a JetBlue travel pass so I needed a few couches to stay on while I was exploring the US & Central America last fall. I think I only ended up using it once, but it was awesome! Now I'm back home in LA and happy to host people on my couch. My house is pretty big and close to an above-ground subway.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only surfed once, in Aruba. It was amazing-- she was such a lovely host, better than any hotel ever could have been. Since I got back from three months of traveling, I have hosted in LA six times. Every time was a completely new experience, learning about a new culture
