ABOUT ME

Originally from Italy, I have been living in London for the past 15 years, where I was involved in standards for new technologies, and more recently I've been working in the financial markets (research and trading). Prior to that, I spent a few years in Chicago working at a Us DoE research facility alongside a couple of Nobel prize winners and a bunch of insane particle physicists whose idea of fun was smashing atoms at extremely high velocities.

I've just decided to take a break from London's hectic life (and the dismal rainy weather we've been having this year) for a few months, and I'm spending the summer in Rome. I'm new to CS (just heard about it from a friend) and thought it may be worth a try. I'm very outgoing with lots of interests and I'd like to meet new interesting people who are up for a night out and an engaging conversation over a few drinks and/or dinner. I'm single, which means I have no commitments, and I work in the US time zone (ET), so I'm generally always available for late drinks during the week and any time on weekends.
