ABOUT ME

I (Christine) am the one who actively uses this profile. Julie is my hetero-life/travel mate.

Julie and Christine are two adventurers from Texas. Some would call them the "Fob Squad" or "the Asian Invasion". We are currently in Florence studying art and being cultured. We are soaking it up like a sponge. Since the decline of our country's currency, we will be needing to visit every European country this summer before it is too late. Please help us make our dream come true.

PHILOSOPHY

All in good humor. For example, how do you kill a circus? You go for the juggler! HAHA!

Seriously though, we were raised by very strict Asian parents. We're good people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We participate by being active couchsurfers. Since we're travellers right now we can't offer a couch, but we can offer our amazing knowledge in movie, music and pop culture trivia. Plus we have great stories of our adventures - full of twists, turns and hijinks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Barcelona. It was interesting.

London and Brick Lane with Greg. Great time and delicious bagels.

Dublin with Hugo. Best host ever. Put up with my awful Brazilian accent.

Surfed at Pierre's in Paris. Tour of Paris by night on Velib.

Pulling pranks will end up with someone breaking a toe. Don't do it.

You can drink the water from any fountain in Italy as long as it does not say " non-potabile ".

When you go to an Italian bank, do not panic when the tube closes around you. Yes, you will feel like you are being beamed up in a spaceship.
