ABOUT ME

I grew up in Ottawa and have been immersed in the last year in the realm of music creation, writing. I used to work as a guide for an adventure therapy company, bringing youth on wilderness expeditions! Before that I worked as a cycling-hiking tour guide in the Canadian Rockies and Bordeaux, France. My professional background is as a nutritionist and I was living and working as such in Northern Quebec in the Cree Nation of Waswanipi for 2 years. I like being able to help people and the environment. I looooove biking and adventures! I am very spontaneous!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled 6000km by bus in South America, 2 months alone and only spoke, thought and read in spanish! I also biked 2000km in the maritimes with the Otesha Project, where a group of crazy young cyclists would spread awareness about environment and social justice by the means of a play.
