ABOUT ME

Hi,
My name is Carolien. I'm 29 years old and I am traveling Asia for 4 months now. At the moment I am in India.

I live in the city of Amsterdam and although the wheather isn't usually too good, I think it is a great place to live in!

I like being outside, to go camping, sometimes I go to outside trance/dubstep-parties, music festivals, meeting new people or just hang out and have a drink with friends. I also like to dance tango sometimes. And since New Zealandand Australia: SURFING!!!

At home I have a parttime dog that I love to walk around with (at the beach or in the parcs). I normally work 4 days a week as a social worker.
I think I'm an easy-going person and I love to laugh and have fun with people, in a relaxed way.

I've had great times with couchsurfers who stayed at my place and who I stayed with down under and hope to be able to do the same thing here in India!

I knew Amsterdam was a popular place for travelers, but didn't expect the 20-30 requests a day that I'm getting...
I am willing to host many more people though, I think it's great!
