ABOUT ME

I didn't start traveling the world until I was 21 years old. Prior to that, I was scared of the world and didn't realize how much a trip to Costa Rica in 2010 would change my life forever. Since then, I have traveled every moment that I can. From backpacking in Costa Rica, trips to Arizona, Dominican Republic, Florida, Oregon (twice), Tennessee (twice), Washington (twice), Indianapolis, Switzerland and Greece - I try to travel any time I get the chance. Thankfully, I have an amazing partner who also loves to travel and is always up for anything. Our adventures are always so much fun! We love to meet new people and learn from the people we meet. We have a 2.5 year old that keeps us very busy and I own two businesses!!

We haven't yet had the opportunity to use Couchsurfing, but are both interested in joining the Houston community more to make friends that live here!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love couchsurfing! I was previously very involved in couchsurfing and met SO many wonderful people through the College Station, TX community. Love this platform so much and hope to start using it more! Although I can't host anyone, I would love to meet travelers (or dwellers) up for drinks, coffee, or just to show them around. Also, I love using couchsurfing while I travel!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I am not too picky when it comes to music. But lately it's been a blend of John Mayer, EDM/Trap music, motivational videos and audible books!

Movies: I rarely watch TV, but two favorite movies are 10 things I hate about you and Pretty in Pink.

Books: I'm either reading self development or business/leadership books, or mysteries. It's all about balance.
