I love traveling, I do spontaneous trips and meet new people whenever I have the chance. I'm a laid-back person, I like hearing/sharing interesting stories, as well as having different ideas/perspectives on stuff (movies, tv shows, politics, science, social issues...). I generally like having fun conversations. I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I moved abroad to Edinburgh when I was 18. I studied neuroscience and recently graduated from university. I'll go to Amsterdam in September for a Master's degree in behavioural neuroscience. My dream is to become a successful researcher and to unravel how memory works. I wanna try different beers/whiskies around the world!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I've known CS for a while but never tried it. Now, it's a great time to start meeting new friends! It's simply intriguing to discover new places and immerse myself into different cultures. I can also share my own experience as well!
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: depends on what I'm doing. I like listening to electronic while studying, and to pop/rock/acoustic while commuting. Most of the time I just play random playlists to see what surprises me. [Tame Impala, College, Coldplay, Early-Avril Lavigne, Ed Sheeran, London Grammar...] Movies: psychological thriller, sci-fi, movies that make me think, movies with great cinematography [Mr. Nobody, Drive, Inside Out, 500 days of Summer, The Lobster, Ruby Sparks, Room...] TV: high quality dramas [Mr. Robot, Better Call Saul, BrBa, Fringe, House of Cards, GoT...]
Teach, Learn, Share
Anything about Hong Kong. I can share my life and experience there. I can teach you Cantonese if you're interested! Neuroscience (sounds cool, right?). I can tell you some fascinating facts about how our brains work. and potluck dinner! I'm also good at doing the dishes :)
My Interests
Summer: Hiking, walking around the city, chilling and having a few drinks in the evening :) Winter: I'm an indoor guy. Watching good movies and tv shows (and over-interpreting every scene), playing guitar (and singing awfully), cooking, reading. Again, chilling and having a few drinks in the evening :) I like photography, I've a nice camera and I bring it with me all the time. I mainly do landscapes and I can show you many stunning pictures!
