ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC. Decided to move to Montreal for university and in retrospect, one of the the best decisions of my life, the other being my exchange to Prague. I lived and loved Montreal for about 2.5 years and currently living in Prague for a semester completing an exchange at the University of Economics in Prague.

Excuse for me to travel and see Europe. I don't know when I'll be back. I will be back sometime in the future, but I don't control what faith has determined for me.

I love studying languages, but I find it so difficult to gain fluency. I studied French for 8 years and as soon as I stopped studying it/speaking it, the knowledge trickled away.
Right now I'm focusing on gaining fluency in German. I've been studying German for about 2.5 years. I've got the grammar down and such...

Europe is amazing. The continent is small but so much culture and history is crammed into so little surface area. You can travel two hours and be in a completely different world.

My next big travel would have to be Asia and Oceania. I'm Chinese but I've never been to Asia before, it would be fascinating to discover my roots, for sure...and perhaps perfect my Chinese.

I'm an easy going person and not much bothers me.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the fullest and have no regrets. Do one thing a day that scares you.

Measure your life by moments of happiness and pleasure.

Forget about money, it doesn't bring joy.

Cherish friends and family.

Study languages!! Open doors to a completely different world!

Traveling, reading, learning new languages, meeting people from all backgrounds, working out(when time permits...), (beach) volleyball,

eventually become a polyglot...

especially interested in learning new languages, but it's so difficult to perfect your skills in a foreign language, unless you're actually a local, living in the country and forced to speak that language.
