ABOUT ME

I LOVE having breakfast in the afternoon, talking for hours, beer in the summer, wine in winter, bright colours, cooking- especially veggies, laughing to tears, dancing till the morning break, sharing ideas with people, discovering new things, especially foreign cultures and languages and I prefer the spring to any other season of the year. Also singing (even bad Karaoke), hitchhiking, ..
I LOVE doing things spontaneously, I love being independent and I love strong black coffee!

What I really DON'T LIKE is snobbism, consumerism and milk!
And I also really hate packing when going travelling- that's why I always leave it up to the very last minute.. :p

PHILOSOPHY

Laughing is a trampoline to happiness.
Life is very sad if u're not able to laugh or smile. When u laugh, it means u r happy, and laughing itself makes u happy. :))

And it's also important to be able to laugh about urself sometimes :)

I love letting myself get carried away by a story while reading or watching a film.

FILM.I like going to film festivals to watch the films on a big screen, I like watching films in small art film theaters on cold winter evenings, I like watching films in open air space in summer. Wong Kar-wai, Kurosawa, Kim Ki-duk, Ryuichi Hiroki, Jim Jarmusch, Godard, Antonioni, Fatih Akin, Fassbinder, Lars von Trier, Emir Kusturica, Satoshi Kon...

LITERATURE.On rainy autumn evenings, during thunder storms in summer. Modern, contemporary, crazy literature. Murakami Haruki. Also older stuff to dive into a different century and lifestyle in my phantasy.

MUSIC. Depends on the mood I'm in.I really enjoy live music, rock, punk, indie bands, reggea, ska, electronic music- drum 'n' bass, swing and jazz recently... Basically any music which has some truth in it or makes me wanna move.

I just got myself an new old second-hand record player. But I have almost no vinyl records yet. I'll be the happiest person, if you bring me a vinyl record with some cool music from your country! Yey! ;)
