ABOUT ME

As you may tell from my occupation(s) my right and left brain like to keep me challenged. My current interests include psychoneuroimmunology and the classes I have been taking are the undergrad science courses I avoided while obtaining my business related degrees. I'm just interested in life in general and like to learn more. I try to temper that with my husband's advice, of "Just live your life."

Jeremy and I enjoy travelling, boating, kayaking. I try to practice yoga daily. I spend a lot of time gardening and love to experiment with the veggies. We love good food ~ both making it and going out to try new restaurants.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Kayaking up the river in Moab, UT the 'faces' you could see in the rocks all around definitely felt like there was serious presence; beautiful! My first day in France, was awe inspiring. Every time I turned around something was more amazing than the next. I love feeling the history there. Listening to the ocean. Discovering the tightly wound fronds of a fern early in spring, just waiting to unfurl to their full potential....

I always enjoy sharing yoga. I am currently learning Sanskrit and find it an amazing language. While I am just a beginner, the alphabet's resonance is lovely. Teaching others about it helps my learning process as well.
