HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always happy to open my door to couch surfers who want to share their experience of travelling and of life. I will do the same with you. By hosting or being hosted, I will look for a human meeting, to discover who you are and sharing also a bit more of my life to you. We could learn so much from our different experiences and sensitivities.

I'm a spiritual person who always try to listen at the signs that life brings.
I'm sportive and like a lot mountain, hiking, skiing and climbing, I'm also into running, swimming, scuba diving.
Always in for dancing, whichever type of dance and keen to practice and improve yoga. I don't mind to not do anything and make time for meditation!
Otherwise, I like good food,mostly vegetarian, without forgetting a good wine !

Living all my childhood in a commune, south of France, without any electricity.
Living in a cave belonging to Deir Mar Moussa, (a monastery, north of Damascus )during one month in the desert in Syria.
Being in a tent when an elephant step on it in Zambia.
