ABOUT ME

I'm a 37 year old turbinemechanic from Isleton California. Isleton is a small town close to San Francisco. I was transfered to Germany like 19 years ago and since I love to travel I kinda figured let's just do the couch surfing thing. I'm quite outgoing and love to have company. So just come out and stay at my place.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like a bird in a cage when I stay at one place for to long. So I'm constantly on the run and I travel.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I know what it's like when your in a different country. So it's always cool to actually stay with someone instead of looking for a hostel or a hotel.
This is the best way to help someone with no vacation money.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I love to travel and I used the website many times be4. I was able to meet&make new friends. I've also offered my couch to quite a few people. This is just a perfect project to get to see the world and also to meet new people.

I really like to read. I also love movies and art. That's why I love Berlin so much cuz it offers a lot. The city never sleeps.

音乐、电影和书籍

I've always loved to watch movies. My favorite movie is Blue Crush, but I also like Babel and Underworld. Music has been a great influence I play the bass in a band and I really like bands like Green Day, Less than Jake, Mad Caddies, Sublime and NoFx so it's mostly Rock. Speaking of books I like Tom Clancy books.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've been in a few earthquakes and I survived all of them, even the big one in San Francisco in 1989.
I was stuck in the city for 3 days but it was worth it. Why would you follow a tornado when you can experience a rollercoaster ride for free. :)

I've been a couchsurfer for many years and I'm still loving it so there are quite a few things I've learned and I'm willing to share these experiences with others even when it's just a recipe I've picked up on the way.
