ABOUT ME

I am studying in Prague until mid-May and enjoying every single day to the fullest! I am from Kansas- straight in the center of the United States- and I have actually seen a tornado. I love to read, watch movies, sight-see, listen to music, and travel/meet new people. Studying abroad for 3 months is the most adventurous thing I've ever done, and I still can't believe I'm doing it! At home I study Finance, International Business, and Spanish. I go to Kansas State University. I miss my dogs a lot and always wish I have one in Prague. It seems like dogs can go everywhere in Europe- restaurants, stores, libraries...anywhere.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If I'm in Prague and you need someone to show you around, my friends and I are pretty familiar with the city by now. But we live in a very small flat and don't have any extra beds. I can arrange a very affordable hostel though. I am also looking for places to stay while I travel around Europe!

Interests

Reading, swimming, pets, discovering new music, funny you tube videos, knitting (hopefully I will learn how to make a dog sweater or just a sweater for someone), good coffee, chocolate, learning how to cook on a hot plate, and K-State football

Music, Movies, and Books

I love fantasy but I'll read just about anything. If you have any book suggestions please let me know! Just finished Chelsea Handler's book which was pretty hilarious. I have a Kindle- it's my new favorite thing. My two favorite movies are Pride and Prejudice and The Labyrinth. I'll listen to just about any kind of music, and I recently discovered GrooveShark (amazing).

Teach, Learn, Share

I can knit and crochet flowers, so if you want to make a scarf I can help you out. I love all things crafty- scrapbooking, making lanterns, origami, and I'm always looking to learn more crafting skills!
