ABOUT ME

Currently living in Oslo, Norway until July!!! I'm doing an exchange at BI Handelshochskole!

I love life and I'm living it! I put the fun in everything I do!
I'm doing a Commerce degree at Concordia (Management and Marketing)! I love social media, except google+ of course. I don't get to travel nearly as much as I would want unfortunately, so that's why I try to meet as many travelers as possible!
I love opera and and try to see some shows as often as I can! I also enjoy going to music festivals, or to the symphonic orchestra!
Also, I would really love to be vouched for so if we met in person and you feel that I am trustworthy, please vouch for me (if you can)! I feel like this is an election pitch! But seriously, it will help with my future travels! Thank you!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I'm in Montreal, I can meet you to show the sights, places to eat, places to go out, (cheap) things to do!
Like I said, I currently can't host but who needs sleep?
And if ever I am unavailable to meet you, I'll do my best to send you to the right places!
And this isn't a dating website, I'm not interested in anything of the sort, thank you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't surfed yet or hosted (I don't have any space in my appartment and do not want to impose on my room mate) but I have met with fellow CSers here in Montreal. House parties, random meetings, spending the day in NYC with a complete stranger and having the best time ever!
I can't get enough of CS and hope to meet you soon as well!

Interests

My life revolves around music, especially opera and classical music. I hope to run my own opera house someday! Go big or go home right? I also enjoy reading, camping (although I haven't gone in a long time), going out with friends, discovering new things (like anything). I'm open-minded and usually up for any challenge!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm always up for new things! But my favourites are...
Movies: B&W (Sunset Boulevard), Musicals (West Side Story - I cry everytime, Singing in the Rain), Ultimate Love Stories (from the greatest -Passchendale- like to the corniest -Enchanted) and some action, thrillers, drama (Black Swan). NO HORROR!!
Music: ANYTHING... except maybe country or hardcore rap or rock. I like to understand the lyrics. Depending on the mind set I'm in, its either Renée Flemming, Jessye Norman and Elina Garancia or Usher, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj
Books: Again, LOVE. But not the romance novels with a half naked guy and hot girl on the cover. Those are all the same. I like historical books, either romanced or not, especially ones on Louis XIV and New-France. I read more in french than english.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

High B-flat!!! Had a Mariah Carey moment once!
I got a cat over a year ago and every day she amazes me and surrounds me with love. She's my baby, don't laugh, I'm not crazy.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a nerd. I like to learn. Anything interests me really. I'm not very handy around the house and my cooking skills are good if I have a recipe. No food poisonings yet. I do make awesome cookies or other pastries. They are my pride!
I love to sing although I stopped studying it. But I wish I could learn to play piano better. Or any other instrument for that matter. I can do a C scale on the trumpet too.
I know some random things... that I can't seem to think of right now. I'm also fluent in French and English and I can kind of get around with German.
