Overview
About Me
I loved music, it treated me badly, so I learned some philosophy. At some point I learned Spanish, now I wish I could write eloquently in English. Reaching enlightenment enchanted me, but I quit meditating long before I reached it. I've read about many things, and I been a few places. I recently finished my psychology degree at the University of Arkansas, and studied philosophy for a year at Karl Franzens Universität in Graz, Austria.
I also have a podcast about English idioms: www.facebook.com/IdiomatiCast/
and another on politics and philosophy: https://soundcloud.com/thevimcast
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
(almost) interesting story. this section replaced two sections of the former profile format, "how i participate in cs" and "cs experience". cs has really increased the difficulty by giving us a "why" question (the kinds of question that small children and philosophers are wonted to ask).
anyway.
i'm on couchsurfing because i travel and i'm part of the generation that goes on about having "authentic" experiences, a population which cs caters to. i also really like hosting people. i'm usually the one asking questions; sometimes i even take notes.
