About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Unpack, settle down, enjoy rural life, mow the lawn, make bread, make love, dance, sing, live, enjoy living!!
ABOUT ME
I'm a lively person, enthusiastic and optimistic, who likes having fun with people. I'm curious and sincerely interested in people, the way they live, they enjoy, they feel. I love travelling and living abroad to see why and how I can call a place "home". I enjoy being confronted to other ways of life and other expressions of culture...loosing ground, a little, and feeling I'm alive, a lot. I love meeting people from all over the world - they have so much to offer - and sharing moments of life with them, quite intensely.
PHILOSOPHY
Life deserves to be danced!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted people and have been hosted. Both I enjoyed a lot. When couchsurfers come home and when I've free time I like being with them to make them discover the nice places to see around and the nice bars to go for a good beer !!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfing is a really good way to meet people from all over the world. I've hosted some persons so far and have had a great experience each time. I've also met people from my region through Couchsurfing events. I've been hosted while travelling in the USA and in New Zealand.
Interests
I'm crazy about card games and board games, filling crosswords when I'm in the toilets, singing along when friends are playing the guitar (even if I'm a real pain in... the ears!!!), contemplating nature changing along with seasons, laughing.
I love hiking, swimming, walking. I've recently tried climbing and I really had good sensations. I love cooking, good food, good wine. I'm interested in sustainable energies and alternative ways of eating, building, living respectfully to the environment. My dream would be to swim with wild dolphins and to travel the Friendship Highway from Kathmandu to Lhasa.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Contemplating the Cappadocia desert and its fairy chimneys.
Walking in flooded streets during monsoon in Kolkata.
The landing above Victoria Lake in Uganda was just amazing.
Hiking for several days in one of the most beautiful and wild place of New Zealand in the Nelson Lake National Park.
Teach, Learn, Share
As a member of the IUF (International UNO Federation), I can teach you some extra rules to the game UNO.
I love hiking and I know really good spots in my region where I can take you for a walk.
I can teach you how to make empanadas, scones, bread, etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share plenty of things with hosts and guests. When I host people, I like to spend time with them, to make them discover my region, to share meals and to go out in bars with them to listen to a band, to dance or just to have a good beer and a good chat together.
Now that my boyfriend, Maxime, and I live in the countryside, how lovely would it be to chill out on our terrace while drinking a nice glass of wine and trying not to burn the chicken on the barbecue....
