Favorite movie definitely Cinema Paradiso, then El Laberinto del Fauno, a lot of Wes Anderson movies, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot more.
Favorite book is a juvenil one that I read when I was a kid called El señor de los Ladrones by Cornelia Funke
