I have a serious case of wanderlust; I've traveled quite a bit and lived abroad a third of my life - in France & Japan. I love meeting people from all over the world and making friends where ever I go. I like working out, jogging, yoga, meditation, writing, museums, cooking, being out in Nature, cats, film, scuba diving, languages... I am a vegan-leaning vegetarian foodie, an animal lover, and a tree hugger. I teach yoga, breathing techniques and meditation to patients in healthcare settings and also have a mobile yoga business, taking yoga and stress reduction to workplaces, senior residences, organizations, and events. If I made more money doing this, I travel more often and stay at more of your fabulous places! :-)
