Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I initially joined because I can't possibly afford to pay an hotel/hostel for every night I spend abroad, but then I got into it and now I really like the community. Lots of funny stories to tell after!

Interests

I stumble upon interesting things all the time, really, how am I supposed to keep track of everything that catches my eye? I for sure love what I'm studying right now, which is chinese and japanese language, history and culture.
I'm always one for a long chat about literature, philosophy history and so on as well, if that's what youre into :)

but really, people have a way of talking about the things they're passionate about, so I'm always open to discover new stuff

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen, watch and read a bit of everything, as usual

I had my nerd phase with doctor who, douglas adams, miyazaki and the like, and I'm always down for a nice, long novel. I do sometimes dip into the heavier essays, but it's definitely not as easy or as frequent ahah

Definitely go for anything rock, classic rock and adiacent, even though I'm not so big on the latest stuff.
