Last year was full of change. I was going to leave my apartment, job, friends, and family for 6 months to hike the AT. But then suddenly, coronavirus took off and suddenly, I was jobless, staying at a friend's place, trying to figure out what direction to go in, yet I would not have it any other way. I have come to realize how grateful I am for the wonderful friends that I have, how fortunate I am to have a place to stay and how much I appreciate being in Greenville for the time being. It has honestly taken me a while to realize this, but there have been so many valuable lessons to learn in this experience.
