About Me
I am a positive person, enthusiastic with good possibilities we have in the world.
I used to study and work hard since I was very young, but always dreaming about traveling freely. Slow. To stay longer in the places. Not counting days. To not book flights and travel by road. To not see only turistic points. To be able to change my mind. To follow local recommendations. To have time to talk to local people. To give time and attention to my new travel friends. To be able to decide to stay or go whenever I feel like to do it. That was a strong dream.
So I saved money and in 2016 I took a sabatical year traveling around 23 countries. It was defenitely the most interesting and life-changing experience in my life.
But then, I was broke. I came back to Brazil, moved to São Paulo and again worked hard and saved some money, very focused on my dream to travel the world freely again and escape from the office environment :)
And now I am here, in 2020, traveling again but also working as a freelancer with my notebook. WOW I am not in the office anymore!! I know I am still giving my first steps as a digital nomad but glad and very grateful to be able to travel the world with no return tickets ❤
I am always interested in meeting new people, know more about local culture and traditions, learn about local history, eat local food and obviously have good conversations and share great experiences. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To have the opportunity to meet new people, new cultures and share some great new experiences and moments. I love to see the local houses and people routines instead of only being in hostels!! :) And .. being honest - to save money to be able to travel more time.
