Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Our travel is not about the landscapes and hot spots. We want to know about the place we're in, its history, culture, religion, social problems. We've been couchsurfing in these past three years and it always lead us to wonderful people. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We went on a hot air balloon trip as a surprise present for Cecilia's first birthday together. And we swam with sharks in Galapagos islands!

Teach, Learn, Share

Sebastian: I'm a writer and love to share stories. I also teach storytelling. I love to cook and learn everything about the place I'm in (from silly jokes to history, music bands, films, tradition).

Cecilia: I'm an amateur photographer, painter and I'm learning to draw. Back in Buenos Aires I was a lawyer and everything I did was using my head, so now I'm interested in learning almost anything that can be done with the hands: embroidering, cooking, drawing, and anything crafty. Also I want to learn yoga and anything that helps to stretch my spine (after all those years of being seated!). I also love languages and cultures: I've studied English, Portuguese and French, and I'm eager to learn some asian language!
