ABOUT ME

I'm a colorful, silly, Gemini! Queer friendly, animal friendly, vegan/vegetarian friendly, lover of everything music/art/food. If it exists, chances are I can find something I enjoy about it. I try to practice compassion and understanding every day. I like respectfully sharing ideas and opinions. I find that people are some of the greatest resources for learning.

I could always use a place to stay on a new adventure! Hopefully I'll have my own couch soon, but until then I shall depend on the kindness of strangers.

I couch surf a lot, but I have yet to couch surf with anyone from this website.

Interests

Travel, music, and fun occupy the majority of my mind. I'm always looking for new ways to expand my horizons. I savor every opportunity I have to connect with new people and places. I love serendipity and synchronicity. And mostly I love to learn.

I love movies and I've been spending a lot of time with my 35mm recently. I also spend quite a bit of time writing.

Music, Movies, and Books

My current musical obsessions are My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Fleetwood Mac, Swirlies, and The Happy Mondays. Though generally, I have quite a range of musical tastes

I love John Waters movies, as well as David Lynch movies. I love avant-garde film, as well as classic horror movies, cheesy B-flicks, and Mystery Science Theater:3000

I like reading poetry a lot. As for novels, my favorites are Call of the Wild, Tropic of Cancer, Frankenstein, and To Kill A Mockingbird. I tend to read a lot of non-fiction books as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazingly fun things I have done was my work with Food Not Bombs in Amherst, MA. I helped make food from repurposed ingredients and served it to anyone who wanted it in Amherst Center.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share music and art with people. I love it when people can teach me how to cook new things. I love to share my love of drawing with people. I'm open to anything, really.
