Hello! Here I am, a tiny little spec of a person, on a rock floating in space, looking out at everything from the small opening that is my existence.

I grew up in New Jersey, and spent most of first twenty-years of my life in a tiny area, not realizing just how small that space was. I have now lived in New Jersey, New Mexico, and New York; and am currently in San Francisco! I've been working as a baker for the past few years. I love cooking and eating with others. I studied art for two years. Sometimes I still make art, but mostly I think about making art.

Whether hosting or surfing, I am constantly amazed by the generosity and openness of everyone I meet on this site.
And there is something about knowing I will only be spending a short amount time with someone that allows me to let go of some of the fear that makes me so shy.

Drawing, collage, hiking, giving myself stomach aches by eating too many sweets, rearranging furniture, riding my bike, imagining being someone else, cats, the patterns on the insides of envelopes, walking barefoot, swimming in the ocean (and other bodies of water), smiling at babies, eating out of the bins in the bulk food section of the market, going to the movies, approaching the edges of cliffs and mountains, dumpster diving, board games and puzzles
