ABOUT ME

I went to St.FX University for 4 1/2 years, and after one year I realized that I didn't want a business degree and switched to a major in political science and a minor in religious studies. I love a good debate! I have no patience for closed-minded people, but I love chatting with people who have views different from my own.
Sometimes I think I'm hilarious, and I have no problem laughing at my own jokes, even if other people don't get it... hahaha....
I am friendly, silly, fun-loving and adventurous; I enjoy the nightlife and I love the outdoors- I am definitely a country girl! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm reading Obama's The Audacity of Hope at the moment, and it's pretty good. My favourite books are probably A Long Way Gone by Ishmael Beah, The Celestine Prophecy, and any book by Chuck Palaniuk, although it's been a while since I've read any of his stuff.
Sooo many good movies... from childhood I'd have to say that Princess Bride, The Goonies, The Wizard of Oz, Land Before Time, and the Disney classics were at the top of my list. Now I have so many favorites... Fight Club, American History X (I love Edward Norton), Pan's Labyrinth, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Knocked Up (hilarious), I don't know there are just so many...
I like pretty much all types of music except country, pop and death metal. I really enjoy reggae, ska, jazz, blues, classic rock. I love a good concert!
