I value peace and comfort - I'm very low key and low maintenance. I seek travel as a means of deepening my understanding of the world, it's people, and creating meaningful moments. Exploration, for me, comes from that place - not from a place of needing to get away constantly and find the next best and most exciting thing. I seek to mitigate stress and provide for others, even while traveling. Artsy-fartsy type, right over here. Painting's what I've been doing for years and candid photography is where I'm looking. But the most fun? Dancing! Swing dancing, mostly. I've been swing dancing for a little over a year and boy, I'm lovin' it. I always love to dance with new people, too (hint, hint)! The swing era, pinup, the jazz scene, I love it all.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll admit it, I like country - but mostly bluegrass, the appalachian brand of country. All things swing and jazz, acid jazz, drawling jazz, jazz you can't help movin' too and jazz that makes you want to relax. I love movies and I'm starting to develop an eye for it, but I still have a lot to learn so I haven't seen everything yet! Most recent education: Guy Ritchie!
