Hello guys

* My house will be open around the 10/02* (No guest before sorry)

So i'm cedric, thirty three (yeah yeah i know that's sad ; ), french guys open minded (yep that's exist xD)

I love to travel and met people from other culture, my house will always be open for people from another continent, if you are from europe, you can try, but i promise nothing =P

I have my own appartement with 3 bedrooms, so you will found your privacy if needed. The place is quiet, it doesn't seems like we are at 10min by walking from the center. I start to learn some piano, fall in love with music... Anyways i'm sure we will found something to share ^^

Have a look at my situation before asking anything please!

*WHEN I TRAVEL*

I have an appartement of 100m² which have one major leak in my living room (i'm taking care of it, i put them on court. But ofc it take time, and some expert have to have acces to the house, which is not a problem, i have a friends who will take care of meeting with them etc etc). That means for you, that you cannot turn on the heater on the living room (will make sense when you will see the roof), but ofc all the room/bathroom can be heat.

And my major concern i have a cat too, he is super kindly and need a lot of attention (he love cuddles, and he love to know that you know what he doing or what he need. He is super friendly with people, i do air bnb too... he met a lot of people already :D ), i cannot let him alone, or put him some place i m not sure.

I 'm looking for someone to take care of my cat and my place meanwhile i'm travelling.

So if you travel in perpignan and you are looking for a place to crush (atleast 1 week guys plz.. i cannot make my friends come everyday to give some key). There is 2 bedroom available, maybe i found someone for the second room, will see.

If the second room is free, you have the possibilities to do couchsurfing or make a friends visit or whatever you feels like, on your own responsabilities.
