About Me

Hey:)

I am 19yo, german and love to travel. On my travels I am active and try to see as much as I can.
I am open-minded and really enjoy to meet new people, learn more about their culture and lifestyle.
When I was 16yo I did an school exchange in Ecuador and lived one year with a host family. Thats where I learned spanisch and experienced another culture for the first time. Since then I am addictive to travel and talk to locals.
Right now I am in Canada till June

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing to get in contact with locals. I dont like to travel as a tourist because of the lack of cultural exchange. If I travel to a place I want to learn the people who live there and get some informations about hidden places.

Interests

In general I am active and like to do short trips and outdoor activities. I love to go to the beach and go swimming, playing games or just relax.
At home I play soccer a lot. Also tried basket for a year but soccer is just my favorite sport. In the evenings I like to meet friends and go to a party on the weekend.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to music but dont prefer any genre. Always depends on the mood. Nevertheless mostly I listen to the 80s, englisch hip hop and some german rap.

I like to read biographys or historic romams and loved Harry Potter. He made me start reading.

Really enjoy watching series on netflix or a good action movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My best experience was the year in Ecuador. I had the best host family and now it is my second home on the other part of the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always up to try something new. In my opinion there a plenty of things you can learn to make the day a funny day.

In my exchange year I started to play the guitar a little bit but never had the time to really learn it. But I did a lot of Origami which needs a lot of passion and is a nice way to improve your concentration.

Last but not least I would like to share the german culture and have some nice weeks during my travels
