With the best fries in the neighbourhood (maybe best in belgium)

I live about 20-30minutes from Brugge..
In the center of a small calm town.

I just moved in here a couple of months ago so I haven't really explored Bruges yet.. But i would like to go with someone and have a drink there.. And explore
