ABOUT ME

Open-minded, I love traveling and meeting people from different horizons. I am committed to grow from every situation and I am always thrilled to meet other people who also are.

Yoga, meditation and many kinds of personal growth modalities are some of my passions. I love to combine the vibrant life and open mindset of a big city with quality time in nature. I am self-employed and my mission is to help people grow and facilitate their discovery of their inner wisdom through yoga and heart-centered coaching.

I am a big foodie (organic & gluten free, yums), avid tea drinker, and love going deep. I live in Copenhagen but travel frequently to the Qc and the US for yoga trainings, and have lived in San Franscisco Bay Area, Paris and London.
Earlier career as a researcher in social sciences and in business/consultancy.
