Music, Movies, and Books

i am a pianist / producer. i love electronic music and I am very much into synths and strange electronic instruments. I have mostly been exploring art and music scenes around Utrecht and the Netherlands, now I'm nearly done studying I am very eager to expand this to other places outside of the Netherlands.
Though music has been quite a big occupation for me I really love and appreciate many other art forms as well, meeting artists and creative people always makes me real happy. I dance, not only at parties but lately in studio's too. And I have some secret wish of becoming a writer or poet, but being Dutch I've always had an inferior knowledge of the English language, and I always am really happy to meet native speaking english persons because yeap, I love your language so so much and will absorb any weird word you are using.

Music artists that I love
shlohmo, nils frahm, olafur arnalds, nosaj thing, kollektiv sturmstrasse the field, rival consoles, nicolas jaar, xavier rudd, soosh, bonobo. some of which the latter I've listened so endlessly that I'm fed up with them but they'r still worth mentioning as they still represent my taste in music :)

Writers - at the moment I'm mostly dwelling around in the imagenary worlds and stories of Vladimir Nabokov, but before there have been different writers that were inspiring me. Herman Hesse used to be my favorite writer, but I'm also quite attached to books from Isabel Allende, 'La sombra del viento' from Carlos Ruiz Zafón is a great book. There's countless other books and writers, lately I read Oscar Wilde's The Portrait of Dorian Gray which I thought was an amazing book.
