Hi! My name is Che Stout. I'm a 23 year old producer, artist, and entrepreneur born in NY, raised in NJ. I've always be introverted, but I'm looking to really begin putting myself out there and traveling a lot more. I've always been interested in the world, its cultures, and especially the local experience of those neighborhoods. I'm always seeking experiences where I learn great lessons, possibly share some of my own, and have a lot of fun while doing it all. I'm new to Couchsurfing, so I look forward to what the community has to offer!

I want to get out into the world more -- not just the tourist experience, but really meeting people FROM the areas and developing a deeper appreciation for their lifestyles.

I've been producing and writing music since 2008. I also have been DJing since 2010. I currently have fallen back to managing artists close to me and helping to boost their careers. I'm a big fan of performing arts in general, and try to keep up with it, albeit overwhelming (in the best way possible) sometimes.

I have been playing chess since I was 5, including a couple of tournament when I was still young. I have recently picked it back up with the goal of playing and mayne landing a good ranking.

I have been camping and hiking since I was 10 years old. I love and absolutely THRIVE in the outdoors. I'm not Surviorman by any means (not yet), but I definitely wouldn't mind staying a week out in the woods, if such conditions called for it.

Currently, I two businesses I am working on. One is my passion project -- a traveling thrift store called Thank You Thrift God (@thankyouthriftgod) & an online clothing retailer that I'm still in the process of building.

Music: Portishead, variety of Soundcloud Rap, STONE temple Pilots, Jersey Club, just to name a few.

Books: I read a lot of different types of books. Stephen King is an all time favorite. I'm currently reading "Who Owns The Future?" By Jaron Lanier

Movies: Fifth Element and the Matrix. Oceans eleven and four Rooms for the soundtrack. I need to buff up in my movies though, to be honest.
