ABOUT ME

I laugh a lot. I haven't travelled the world nearly as much as I would like just yet but I'm working on rectifying that!

Hmmm...I love animals of all kinds. I can't imagine my life without music in it. I am fascinated by the past and sometimes think I should have been an archaeologist/anthropologist/historian :-) Swimming and bicycling are my favorite forms of exercise/relaxation.

Currently a surfer but I hope to host one day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have much experience yet within the couchsurfing community but I'm hoping to have plenty of stories to tell soon!

Intereses

Discovering new music. Reading. Hanging out with friends and musing on life, the universe and everything. Exploring everywhere I go on foot. I am a total nerd for all things to do with science and history. And I love baking yummy treats.

I listen to all sorts of music...pop, rock, classical and just about everything in between. Going to see live music is one of my favorite past times.

I read a lot of non-fiction these days but I'll always love a good novel...One of my all time favorites is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Douglas Adams...what a genius that man was...

My skills and expertise = sustainability strategy and planning, behaviour change for sustainability. I enjoy baking every now and then.. :-)

I want to know more about...the people that I meet and their lives. The history of the places I visit. I don't ever want to stop learning. During my current travels I hope to learn more about the practical side of sustainability, particularly permaculture and urban horticulture as I have been stuck working behind a desk for a while now.
