Hi there, Edz here from the Island of the Philippines! I'm a working student. I am currently employed in a financial institution based in USA. I spoke English for eight hours everyday over the phone.

I am studying in University of the Philippines Open University. I do online studies. Currently taking Bachelor of Education Studies. I can pay for my tuition but the president approved some policies and I got a scholarship, lucky!

I lived with my brother, renting an apartment in Metro. I worked at night and sleep at day time. I am stressed most of the time that's why I travel. I travel locally but recently I tried to go outside the country.

I'm an introvert. I cannot deal with numerous people at a time. I won't speak but I would listen. I loved reading to get away from reality.

I'm a stereotype Filipina, please let's not talk about personal relationship related to romance or what not. This is couchsurfing not a dating site and I want to meet people and their culture not other funky stuff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Exploring my own little world... wants to travel and meet people. I'm a local traveler but wanted to travel abroad and the first country that I wanted to visit is Japan. I ended up in Hong Kong & Macau.

I met some Couchsurfers and I find it interesting in discovering other people's culture from different countries. Tried different cuisine that I haven't taste before.

By meeting different people you'll learn different things. Getting educated to stop being ignorant and stereotyping the other culture, looking up close and personal will gonna give you a different perspective about other people & culture.
