ABOUT ME

I have been fascinated with books and images for as long as i remember.
Text books never appealed to me maybe because i was told to remember it all for some stupid exam which will let my parents and teachers know how smart i'am. It did not help for sure, i guess i'm more street smart than my geeky cousin and friends who were always topping all the exams. (i bet they think the opposite)
Traveling with a camera and a good book used to be my favorite past time and i have been lucky enough to turn it into a profession now.

PHILOSOPHY

In a nut shell, "Live and let live". Everyone has a place on this planet and has the right to live the way they want to. Only humans exploit that right and its high time that we stop that exploitation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the project and i don't plan things too much but i'm looking fwd to participate actively as i totally believe in the philosophy behind CS Project.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been lucky enough to meet 3 couch surfers who visited one of my friend (fellow Couch surfer). It was a enriching experience to meet them, to exchange ideas, to listen to their stories, to tell them my stories.
This cemented my belief in CS and here i'am.

Interests

I travel to make images and in between i read books and listen to music.
I hardly get time to do anything else and i'm not complaining!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- Pink floyd, as one of my friend says, "They have a song for every emotion and moment in my life". I listen to them everyday and the other bands pitch in here and there.
Books- I read all kinds of stuff as long as it interests me and i like the flow. From 'Zen and the art of motorcycling' to 'Mr. Nice' to 'The Lord of the Rings'. The list is long and i have a huge collection of them at home.

Teach, Learn, Share

All i know about is photography and i can talk about it endlessly. I believe photography has now become a universal language, there is hardly anyone who does not have access to some type of camera and yes i do know a thing or two about it and i'm open to share my knowledge.
