Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i consider CS has a great exchange place, and it's something amazing for me. i feel it is in complete accordance with the ideas I have about sharing.

Interests

let's say i'm interested in everything linked with surprise, poetry, thoughts and dreams.

it happens with time that these interests go away and then always come back with something new - a circular process bringing each cycle more density.

i also write a little - a bit of poetry and i recently rework on some old projects.

Music, Movies, and Books

i'm in a continuous research for music, and I can't be satisfied without discovering new bands or styles.
i love experimental music, which means no special music but ones without limits, loud or calm, vocals or not, dense or minimal - i'm always interesting in sharing it, both ways!

i particularly like movies where the filmmaker has achieved to build a cinematographic language on its own and non linear storytelling. in this way, consider Tarkovski, Fellini and Bergman to be geniuses - and in fact as many others.

i can spend quite a time reading, it can be novels and essays, philosophy and religious writing, psychoanalysis (mainly CG Jung's work).

i'm always thinking that we cannot go against who we are, and so just let our feelings, dreams and thoughts going where they have to.

What I Can Share with Hosts

a moment of life! it's always great talks that can be shared.

i also like to go with people around town so hat they make me see it with their new eyes.

my door is always opened to welcome back hosts when they are traveling in the country i'm living!

for people to be hosted, i will propose depending on my availability (working hours can be pretty long) - but don't hesitate to ask if you want to meet up! i'm living close to Montmartre.
