I’m traveling across Europe since january to learn how make traditional European desserts.
Then i would love to write a book, create a Blog about my experience in Europe and all recipes I will learn, and photos I will take on the way.

I'm traveling during a year more or less. It depends on what happenss. I just want to take my time and enjoy.

I started in January in Norway, where I spent 3 weeks and had my first Couchsurfing experience. It was amazing!
I then continued my trip through Northern Europe, the Baltic countries, and beyond...
