About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Conocer gente! | Meeting new people!

ABOUT ME

Me gusta mucho estar rodeada de gente, salir, divertirme, conocer lugares nuevos, lo q nos gusta a todos x acá supongo! :)

I love meeting new people, knowing new cultures and share new experiences! New, new, new, how many times did I say it?? Hahaha!!!

PHILOSOPHY

I usually need to set myself a challenge not to get bored of life. The last one was to cross the whole ocean to settle in Spain, it didn’t turn out the way I expected… but I don’t care! Hahaha!!! At least I tried! And that make me happy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I discovered CS by someone who told me about it in 2009 when I decided to make a 2 months trip around Europe… but I didn’t make up my mind to use it then. Back in Spain in 2011 I was alone in Córdoba and I met 2 girls to walk around the city and it was great! The day after, another CS guy invited us to have lunch at his home and I enjoyed it very much! Now I would like to know France before going back home in Buenos Aires, and I decided to do it trough CS :) So I hope I'll have luck!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Oh! I guess I said it before! I was in Córdoba, Spain, and I met 3 CS to go around the city and eat a great house made paella! Mmm!! Delicious!

Interests

I really love visiting new countries and cultures. And I particular enjoy tasting and talking about food! Even when I’m a bad cook. But people really laugh at me while I delight a perfect meal, which can be something as simple as the bread with tomato so typical in Spain, hahaha!!! I just can’t help it! I’m like Elizabeth Gilbert in Italy, for those who read her book or saw the movy, Eat Pray Love.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: comedies and romantics, just to spend a moment. I don´t remember titles because they are so superficial. Oh! The last one made laugh a lot! The Hangover! Hahaha!! I don’t know whether it was because it was dubbed into Spanish (very different from my Argentinean accent), but I couldn’t stop laughing during the whole movie.
Music: rock and roll, baby! The Rolling Stones, U2 and others more light: Fito Paez, Joaquín Sabina…
Books: when I discover a writer I usually read all the books! Isabel Allende (my favorite), García Márquez, Laura Esquivel, Emilie Bronte, Arthur Hilley (only one: Airport. I love it!) and I have just been given a book of Arturo Pérez Reverte, La Reina del Sur, fascinating! I will have to read all his work!

There are too many amazing things in the world and I have a great sense of wonder. I was astonished walking over a glacier like the Perito Moreno in Argentina as well as going around the magic city of Praha!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, Spain
