I feel best when I'm in the ocean, playing in waves. I teach middle school science, but taking a break to travel and learn Spanish.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have stayed with and met up with a few hosts, and those few experiences have sparked excitement to participate more with this neat community. I'm looking forward to hosting in the future when my living situation is more concrete, but in the meantime, I love showing out-of-towners the natural beauty of the place I live in.

兴趣

I love being around family, friends, and the ocean - these are the most important things to me. Sharing good conversation and laughter, and surfing are probably my favorite activities. And soil. I'm excited to become more of an expert in the soil ecology. And hanging out with kids - making art, music, jokes. Kids are great at these things. I enjoy learning about all sorts of different things from all sorts of different sources. I also like to collect tasty kelp and mushrooms.
