ABOUT ME

I love my life! and I spend most of it on the water. I grew up in a rain forest on an island in SE Alaska. I've worked on boats my whole life, mostly fishing. I've moved to Hawaii once, twice.. not three times and worked on snorkel and scuba boats and learned what aloha is. In 07' I started snowboarding and fell in love with it (snow is water too!). Snowboarding changed my life. I just recently started surfing an now just can't get enough of it!

PHILOSOPHY

Be true to yourself. To truly make other people happy you have to be happy yourself. So why not rage life, crush grooves and manifest dreams, everyone else will catch on too...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I often find myself out vagabonding and need a place to stay and like meeting awesome people; what a perfect coincidence. When I am sitting in one spot for a while I try to return the favor and would love to show peeps the sweet spots in my neck-o-the woods ;*)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the most recent amazingness in my life is learning to surf. It is quite a humbling experience to one day get worked so hard that when you come up for air, eyes wide, you think what the f**k am I doing out here, never having felt so helpless.Then the very next day you catch the best waves of your life reestablishing your confidence and with complete happiness think it was all worth it.
