About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live life to the fullest!
ABOUT ME
I'm a very open-minded, positive and grounded person. I love to laugh, be active, try new things and do a ton of activities (yes, I'll admit it... I make 'activities lists"!). I don't generally like routine or things that make me feel "stuck". I much prefer spontaneity, adventure and freedom.
I really enjoy the simple things in life such as taking a moment to feel the sun on my face, savouring a delicious meal with friends or letting completely loose on a dance floor, which happens often. : )
Also, I have a passion for traveling, being placed outside my "comfort zone", discovering different ways of life and making new connections with interesting people.
PHILOSOPHY
As Gandhi said: "Be the change you want to see in the world".
And as I much as I can, I try to stay open and positive to all gifts in life. Both the beautiful and difficult moments have something to teach me!

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Power of One, The God of Small Things, On the Road, Shantaram, The Shadow of the Sun, Siddhartha......and much more.
Music: Honestly, I listen to many different kinds. From world music to jazz to folk to hip hop . What can I say, I love diversity!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went scuba diving with giant manta rays in Mozambique and was blown away by their mesmerizing movement and beauty.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I wouldn't qualify myself as a teacher in any of these areas, but would definitely be willing to share what I know concerning Buddhism, meditation techniques, and yoga.
Learn: I'd really love to learn more about alternative plant-based medicine and outdoor survival. I'd also love to learn how to ride a motorcycle : )
