Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people and learn about other's lifes.
Interaction with the place I'm in is very important for me. Hanging out with locals is just the best way to immerse myself in the local culture.
Staying in hotels is neither for me nor my money-budget I'm willing to spend. I'd rather gift my time and attention to have a great time.

Interests

🤿 I'm very passionate about scuba diving and in my hometown you'll find me diving about two times a week.

🌿 Being in nature is something I get a lot of joy from. I love exploring places in the woods or straying along a beach.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy reading about science based self help, minimalism, psychology and travel. Every now and then I read some science-fiction.
I try to watch less movies and experience more in the real world.
Listening to music is very important to me. I like a great variety of music, especially hip-hop, rock and funny songs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

🦭🤿 The one thing I could never forget was an encounter with wild grey seals in Ireland. We were scuba diving and they came as close as 4 meters to watch us. It was amazing!

📷 I'm usually traveling with a good camera and enjoy to shoot photo's. I'd be happy to take some (semi-)professional photos from you, your pets or the environment.
