I'm married with Dominique who has studied astronomy. I'm ending a PhD on social and economic history on the Middle Ages focused on the impact on jewelry at this time :-). We have 2 children 19 and 17 years old and we have a rabbit who is free to jump in the house. Our house as many stairs so if you can't climb, it will be difficult for you. Most of the houses in Brussels are high but not large. I like to meet people and to give some informations on our city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for opportunities to travel and meet other cultures. And sleeping on a couch, that's not uncomfortable, it's an experience :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking on the Chinese wall, swimming in the clear sea of Polynesia (with sea snakes), eating scorpions... But also being in a garden and looking at the beautiful flowers or sitting on a mountain to look at the sunshine...
