Hello there !
I am a french woman, dynamic, friendly, very respectful, and very curious.
I work as a sailing instructor part of the year, and I am developing documentary projects the rest of the time.
After a long stop due to COVID, I am back in activity :)
I live close to the channel sea, in north Britany, in France. I left Paris 5 years ago, so I could learn how to sail, and live accordingly to my principles (as to work, climate change, and life generally speaking).
(but I can't find how to update my profile on that).

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

I have been on couchsurfing since 2007, but due to an inactivity (I guess), my reviews and all past experiences with couchsurfing have disappeared ! I hope you will be confident that you can trust me anyways : please do ask any questions you may have !
I used to travel a lot through couchsurfing, and host a lot as well when I lived in Paris. It has always been great experiences.
As I travel alone most of the time, it allows me to dive in a city / country / place's culture, meeting with various people. That's what I love most about traveling (and life) : meet new people, discover new places, new cultures. It helps me try to understand what the hell we are all doing on Earth ;)

At the moment I am in San Francisco, making researches for a documentary about Ursula Le Guin. So I am looking for a place where I could sleep, work a little (on my laptop), and cook my meals.
I also hope to find someone that would be interested in sharing experiences !

I renovate my sail boat and my house,
I try to maintain my garden... and my forest (long story I'll be happy to tell you about !) !
I read (novels, comics), I watch movies,
I organise cultural activities in my village,
I love having good time with my friends : long discussions over dinners and drinks, trying to find a way to make a better world,
and travling of course !

Arriving a few days ago in San Francisco to make a documentary about two of my favourite authors ! (and also a french-boxing tornament in Finland)
