About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want my eyes to see every corner of the world, my feet to walk the more roads as possible, my hands to shake hands all around the world, my nose to discover all hues there are, my heart to fill up with memories.
ABOUT ME
I love traveling, I feel like there is no end to the experience, even if you've already been somewhere, the second time is never the same as the first. I am a curious person, I like to know all I can about a place, mostly by randomly walking around with my camera, capturing little insignificant things that regular tourists don't notice. I very much enjoy cooking, so part of the traveling experience is obviously trying local food. I am a very good listener, I have a pretty good sense of direction and I like to meet people from all countries around the world.
I love Couchsurfing because I feel like having family in the four corners of the world!
PHILOSOPHY
"Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the ones who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it."
"To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've mostly been traveling through CS and not so much hosting but I'm always up for coffee/tea meeting and tour guiding strangers around my city :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I had quite a few CS experiences, and they were all different from one another but great in their own way. Looking forward to extending the list of country I've been hosted in!
When I have time, I usually like to take interested CSrs around the city I live in.
Interests
What I love most of all is listening to passionate people talking about their experiences. If you'd like to stay at my place please mention what's your favourite kind of chocolate :D Maybe we'll find some around here - it's the land of chocolate after all, isn't it?

Music, Movies, and Books
Harry Potter, The Blind Side, 500 days of summer, Inception, Singing in the rain, Bastille, Lewis Capaldi, Tracy Chapman, the list is super long! It will never fit here :D Let's say there are very few books and movies I didn't enjoy… as for music, it really depends on the mood of the moment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
That time when I randomly joined my cousin on her way up to Mount Whitney (CA), 4.421 m s/m and spent two nights camping among wild bears.
That time when the Dalaï Lama came to my university and I got the chance to participate in his conference.
That time I volunteered in a school in Cambodia and lived like a local for two months.
That time I crossed a dark forest at 4am alone on a bike to see the sunrise on the temples in Siem Reap.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can probably point out a couple of nice spots around Bern, cook a decent Swiss dish, entertain you with philosophical conversations or teach you new games.
