ABOUT ME

My name is Céline, I grew up in a small village in the northeast of France. I'm used to country life and i love it. I like nature and I love to travel and spending time in the outdoors at any time, in any season.

After working for 9 years as social worker in France, I left behind my work , my car and my apartment to live a new experience: a humanitarian/volunteer trip to Morocco for one year. So I lived in Casablanca, I took care for elderly nones, and two days per week, i worked in an orphanage for handicapped children. It was the best experience of my life!!!

Now, I'm back to France and i'm planning another trip: i will go to Haïti to work in an orphanage!!!

I can describe myself as cheerful, kind, sociable, open-minded and considerate. Sometime i'm a little bit shy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
J'aime beaucoup voyager. Lorsque je souhaite découvrir une ville ou un pays, il me semble très important d'y rencontrer les gens qui y vivent, d'échanger, de partager des idées, des opinion, de confronter les cultures... Pour moi, un voyage a beaucoup moins d'intérêt si on lui enlève cette aspect là. Couchsurfing est pour moi un moyen extraordinaire facilitant la prise de contact pour vivre de nouvelle rencontre à l'infini.

Interests

I love watching performing arts, and I am playing improvisational theatre since a few years.
I like receiving my friends or my familly, cooking and playing games.
I like hiking in any season. I enjoy skiing in winter and canyoning in summer.
