Um estilo de vida (quase) vegano, valorizando uma alimentação orientada à linha macrobiótica, natural, sem produtos industrializados, fast-foods e similares. Abraçando atividades positivas ao corpo e a mente, como caminhadas, corrida, meditação, biodanza, tai chi, pilates, yoga, acupuntura e apreciar a paisagem.

A (almost) vegan lifestyle, valuing a natural macrobiotic-oriented diet, without industrialized products, fast foods and the like. Embracing positive mind and body activities such as walking, jogging, meditation, biodanza, tai chi, pilates, yoga, acupuncture and enjoying the scenery.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fiz meu primeiro mochilão de alguns dias, atravessando do nordeste do Brasil até a região central, dormindo em barraca e pegando caronas com caminhoneiros e viajantes, conhecendo pessoas de diferentes culturas e idades. Foi uma experiência ímpar na minha vida e pretendo repetir mais vezes.

I made my first backpack a few days, crossing from northeastern Brazil to the central region, sleeping in a tent and hitchhiking with truckers and travelers, meeting people from different cultures and ages. It has been a unique experience in my life and I want to repeat it more often.
