My current mission right now is to travel connect people and show that our world is evolving. Sharing is so much important than owning. We have a lot to learn from each other.

ABOUT ME

I'm Célya a 26 years old french woman. I lived in Paris. But I traveled a lot since a couple of years.
I have been a couchsurfer for 5 years. But I lost my previous profile with the new version :(

PHILOSOPHY

We have so much to learn from each other.
I'm part of a collaborative economy community OuiShare.
Our credo : "sharing is most important than owning".
I try to be more peaceful and relax. Yoga and meditation help me for that. I know that the most important thing is inner peace. But in our world it is sometime difficult to find it and its the most important mission in my life. If you find your inner peace, you can give to other and help them a lot..

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing was in LA 4 years ago. We arrived with my bf in a big house. Seven people living there. We spent a beautiful evening with them, playing poker and eating Nutella that we offered to them.
I met after a lot of couchsurfers in paris. My flat was too tiny to host them. But I participated to several meetup!
THen I wen to india and I stayed with an amazing couchsurfer. He welcomed me at the airport and helped me a lot in Delhi. THanks to him I stayed two days at one of his friend's house at Haridwar. After two weeks in Rishikesh, we spent a last evening to eat dosa in a great restaurant at Delhi! Thank you Bahnu!

I 'm the cofounder of HackYourPhD an open science community hackyourphd.org. I like connecting people, learning about their travel, their ideas.. I m passionate about open science. Its the new way of doing research more open transparent and collaborative.
I will travel during two months this summer across the US and I'm sure I will meet amazing couchsurfers to share our ideas and our point of view.
I'm also a yoga teacher (Sivananda yoga)
I like practicing yoga and meditation the morning.
I like waling also. Its the best way for me to discover a new city and feel the ambiance :)

I like cooking vegetarian food and I dont mind prepare a meal for 8 or 10 ppl.

I listen a lot of different style of music. Electro music ( Frivolous, Nicolas Jaar, Bakermat..) Rock music ( General Elektriks..) French music ( M, Camille, Pauline Croze, Java..) I like discovering new music.Soundcloud and Grooveshark are my best friend!
I havent read a book for a while! But I have always some books close to me like " Pladoyer pour le bonheur or l'art de la médiation de Matthieu RIcard"

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My Yoga Teacher Training was an amazing moment
My travel in India was also very intense.
My 3 months stay in SF was also great. its the place where I practiced Yoga for the first time.
One amazing thing I have done is the lauch of HackYourPhD with a few friends. Its just a wonderful adventure!
