ABOUT ME

I am a holistic nutritionist living in the mountains of upstate New York. My partner and I live with our two cats, have a baby on the way, and run our own company that creates herbal chocolates, bath salts, tinctures, and more. I'm also a musician who performs on the piano and makes records. I'm vegan, don't smoke, and don't use drugs - I'm quite intense on my own!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My favorite quote is from Richard Bach. He says "Hate is love without all of the facts". I love being part of this incredible network of the human family that trusts one another and can share each other's adventures and journeys - whether it be an intimate welcome or simply letting someone crash on their couch. I think it's brilliant and am so glad it's still going strong! As of now, I am just a surfer but we hope to open our home up to other's once our baby is born and we're feeling more social and settled.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I find it extremely easy to connect with everyone I have met and am going to meet through this way of life. Everyone is very free and recognizes one another as family almost immediately. True universal love.

Intereses

I am both rural and urban. I love the tranquil Earth for its generous love and beauty. I'm also fascinated by cities and society. I love the piano, I love composition, and I love anything that has a heartbeat. I also have a real passion for holistic living and can cook an amazing macrobiotic meal for anyone who asks.

I'm currently not reading anything, but the best movie I recently saw was "Electric Childrens".

I am very particular with the music I listen to. Music has to have a heartbeat and some dirty, raw, honest passion. Joanna Newsom, Phillip Glass, CocoRosie, and Kate Bush are just a few favorites.
