ABOUT ME

I live in Boulder, CO and I enjoy the community and the lifestyle here. I am a long time meditator and I enthusiastically practice yoga as much as I can. I am physically active. I downhill ski. Recently I have been riding my bike for longer rides. I was married for 20 years and have been divorced since 1996. I have three grown children who live in the area.

PHILOSOPHY

I would say that I have a positive outlook and feel very grateful for all of the gifts in life. I believe that all of us deserve the same basic respect. I am quite open-minded. We are all interconnected.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just starting. I have a house here in Boulder and room to accommodate couch surfers. I want to take advantage of this cooperative opportunity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As of yet, I don't have any couch surfing experience with this program.

I lived in Japan for thirteen years and have a lot of interest in the language, art, and culture. I like to cook healthy eclectic food. I am obviously interested in my artwork. I started pottery while I was in Japan. The Asian influence is pretty strong in my work.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

When I left Japan I was able to travel through SE Asia for five months. This included trekking in Nepal and traveling across India. I have seen some amazing gardens and temples in Japan. I am always amazed by the beauty of the mountains in Colorado.
